Diversity in management

Our event in Denmark is being held in collaboration with the student association Kvindelige Jurister, on Tuesday 14 March 2023.

Noura Sultan will talk about the stricter legal requirements that, since 1 January 2023, will be placed on the managements of certain Danish companies in order to achieve a more equal gender distribution in the companies' managements. After Noura's presentation, Professor Sara Louise Muhr will give a lecture on diversity in management, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership.

Please note this event will be held in Danish only.

Mastering your confidence

Our event in Dubai will be a workshop on mastering your confidence with guest presenter Emma Burdett. Emma is the Founder of the WILD (Women in Leadership Deliver) network, which recently was the first official women’s networking organisation to launch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The workshop will show how professionals can build confidence, overcome imposter syndrome and cultivate a positive mindset in order to thrive in their lives and careers. Using her Rapid Confidence Technique, Emma will share the exact steps that can be used to transform your story to have a greater impact, and build credibility and respect, in the workplace and in life. Emma will also share INSEAD Business School tips on building inclusive teams and embracing equity, so women can be heard and encouraged to speak up.
