Trouble in the Red Sea and its impact on the logistics industry

In light of the recent attacks on shipping in the Red Sea, we are delighted to be hosting a joint presentation by BACs and Kennedys on Thursday 25 April 2024.

Speakers will consider the impact this has on the logistics industry in terms of delays, costs and the threat to both vessels and cargo. We shall consider the issues these attacks cause in terms of insurance coverage and the contractual challenges faced by parties with cargo moving through the area.
