Dandelion for responsible business

Responsible business

We are a law firm that aims to make a difference - to our clients, our people and the communities in which we live and work.

Our three-year responsible business plan, launched in 2023, sets out how we will adapt to our changing world and integrate responsible business throughout our firm: from how we make decisions, to how we build an inclusive culture, decarbonise our operations and support our people to thrive at work.

In addressing our impacts on people and the planet, we work with and are members of a number of external organisations. Explore our extensive range of certifications and affiliations here.

Our intention is always to do the right thing and proactively take responsibility for our impact on people and the planet.

Our commitments to responsible business

In 2020, we joined the United Nations Global Compact and committed to ensuring that the Ten Principles across human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption are incorporated into our firm. We are also using the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework, an internationally recognised plan that aims to address global issues of poverty, inequality and climate change by 2030.

Our Board identified five priority SDGs, which we used to formulate a set of goals for our 2020-2023 strategy. These are:
